JOB SUMMARY:Performs routine institutional custodial duties working as part of a team of skilled custodians. Assists in maintaining inventory, ordering and distributing supplies in assigned area. Performs other duties as assigned. Work schedule: (Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 3:30pm, Occasional Weekends; subject to callbacks). Standard Hours: 40 JOB DUTIES:60% - Essential - Housekeeping: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Experience in custodial, housekeeping or pest control work that is directly related to the area of employment. PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:Education - High School Diploma or Equivalent RESPONSIBILITIESJOB KNOWLEDGE PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 75% - Stand for prolonged period WORKING CONDITIONS: 20% - Exposure to heat or cold WORK SCHEDULE:Work schedule: (Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 3:30pm, Occasional Weekends; subject to callbacks).
