Landscape Specialist
JOB SUMMARY:Performs landscape maintenance tasks requiring moderately advanced skills and knowledge in a variety of disciplines, including landscape irrigation, ornamentals and turf grass. Performs other duties as assigned. JOB DUTIES:35% - Essential - Equipment Operation: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Education - High School Diploma or Equivalent and custodial or groundskeeping experience directly related to the area of employment. RESPONSIBILITIESJOB KNOWLEDGE PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 70% - Stand for prolonged period WORKING CONDITIONS: 60% - Exposure to heat or cold WORK SCHEDULE:Work schedule is Monday thru Friday 7:30 am to 3:30pm. Standard Hours: 40 COMPENSATION INFORMATIONExpected Salary Range: ($ 27,000.00 - $ 28,500.00)
Salary is dependent upon several factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's previous experience, knowledge, skills and performance in accordance with Clemson's compensation guidelines.
