Responsible for the management of complex and innovative business administrative activities related to sponsored research funding in the College of Agriculture, Forestry, and Life Sciences. Provides high level customer service to faculty, researchers, and department administrators. Leads and supervises the CAFLS Post Award team. Performs other duties as assigned.

Title: Director of Advanced Computing & Data Services (Clemson University in Clemson, SC)
Duties:
Lead a team of research scientists (computational research support specialists, ACI-REFs) in support of Clemson University research, allowing for the customization of training and support solutions. Direct those who provide application and user support to all areas of the Clemson community. Set the strategic direction for Advanced Computing and Data Services team. Engage in outreach across Clemson to identify potential new users of advanced computing resources (including HPC, HTC, Open Science Grid, ACCESS, and cloud services).
Requirements: Master?s degree in engineering, computer science or related and 3 years of experience as a high-performance computing consultant using a large-scale ?condominium? style, heterogeneous cluster and cluster management and job scheduling systems openPBS and Slurm. Partial Telecommuting allowed.
Salary: $98,970.00 /year Hours: 40+ hrs/week
