The College of Engineering, Computing and Applied Sciences at Clemson University is seeking outstanding candidates for a tenure-track faculty appointment at the Assistant Professor level. The position is a joint appointment between Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering (ChBE) and Materials Science and Engineering (MSE), with the primary appointment in ChBE. Tenure will be awarded in ChBE, but the faculty member will have access to graduate students from both departments. As such, candidates whose work bridges ChBE and MSE are strongly encouraged to apply. Of particular interest for this position is the Advanced Materials Research Lab. In addition, a new Advanced Materials Innovation Complex Building will open in Fall 2025, which will house faculty from ChBE, MSE, and Chemistry.
